Determine Approach 🎯

Identify where the trusted address data is in your system and how that can be associated with the incorrect addresses.

Navigate to an Example 🕴

Navigate to a record with incorrect data in the state or zip code that is causing mis-alignment.

Prompt the Assistant 💬

Prompt the adq assistant on the data cleanliness problem (e.g., “zip code location is in a different state”) and the solution (e.g., “Pull the mailing address from the parent account that is associated”). Press analyze once the system has been prompted.

Validate Results ✅

Spot check some of the similar records and suggested changes in the editor to ensure that it is returning accurate fixes. If you find any discrepancies, adjust the prompt and try again.
